At KAHANI Copenhagen we want our guests to feel at home in our cozy restaurant, where the atmosphere is warm and the service is attentive. Our menu consists of authentic Pakistani Indian food , prepared with respect for traditions – from classic curry dishes and aromatic Tandoori specialties to freshly baked Naan bread, which smells of spices and quality.
We adjust the flavor strength so you can choose exactly the balance you want. With us, you can decide how strong the food should be, so it is neither too mild nor too strong. Our chefs are happy to guide you so that you get the flavor experience that suits you best.
What is typical Indian food?
Indian food is much more than strong spices and hot dishes. It is about balance, freshness and contrast. Our menu is composed so that you can taste both the mild and the intense nuances. A classic dish from Indian cuisine can, for example, contain:
